I sent my letter of intent to move to South Korea to my Ex husband... I got a call tried to work out something we both agreed on and nothing. He is refusing to sign our daughter's passport paper work. What do I do? I live in TN and our divorce was in Utah.

Thank you so much!

My ex husband has been court ordered to pay me spousal support but is always finding ways to not pay it or deducts things like the kids medical expenses, child care expenses, etc. for it. Now he has found out that I am on food stamps and is now threatening me with not paying me anymore alimony if the state comes after him for repaying it.

Can he decide to do that? I need that money to help me and my 4 kids survive.

I am a military wife. My husband has orders to South Korea. We have 2 children together.

My ex husband and I have 1 child together. We have Joint Legal and I have Sole Physical custody. Our current visiting arrangement is my ex husband has her for a month or a little more in the summer. I have moved with our child twice and following my court order I have notified him with a 30 day notice of intent.

I have notified him of this move. My ex husban is against it. I just want to know if I have any leg to stand on. My husband is the bread winner and pays all our bills.

My ex husband is also active duty military. (don't know if this matters)

I just want to keep my family together and allow my ex husband to still bond with his child.

I did some checking and there is a nonstop flight to and from my ex husband's home to where I am going. I purchased a phone to keep a state side number so my ex husband will not incur additional bills due to overseas calls to our child.

I have video set up for my ex husband and our child also.

Thank you so much.

USAF wife.

What are my legal responsibilities for a child if paternity has not been established? Also once paternity is established are the legal responsiblilities retroactive for a period of time, if so how far back does the law allow? Thank you, Ken.

Computer Information as Evidence

I am the stepmother, but I am helping my husband to prepare for his upcoming hearing. He is requesting temporary custody and a permanent custody modification order. Mother is undergoing a parental fitness evaluation ordered by the court.

One of the standing COs in place orders that both parties are restrained from engaging or involving the children in the divorce/courtroom issues.

During the minor child's parenting time over the month of July, a trace program installed on her computer in our home revealed that she has access to and opens her mother's emails which include dozens of email from the Special Master with specific court orders, emails regarding upcoming court dates etc.

My husband always had a suspicion that his daughter knew more than she should, but he never said anything as a practice. He always believed it was too much and she should not be burdened with the knowledge that her parents are fighting for her and she might be taken away from her mother. She has lived full time with her mother all her life. She is now 13.

However, now that we have the knowledge that his duaghter is fully aware of the situation, what are my husband's legal options (or obligations)? There is a hearing scheduled in the next 30 days to review the OSC and perhaps change custody at that time.

Should my husband print these emails and copy screen snapshots for the attorney? Will the judge look at that as evidence proving the mother's involvement of the kids?

Thank you for your help...
