I am paying spousal support just because i was told I had to she makes more money than me; she is financially better off than I am. I have had to move to the bottom feeder area in my town in order to pay child support and spousal support. But... The divorce says that it can not be changed the exact words are .Each party shall be barred from seeking any modification whatsoever to the amount or the duration of maintenance provided herein. The divorce does not state out incomes anywhere within the document. Can I fight this?
