I completed my probation without incident and have no further criminal record. The probation office no longer has my record on file and cannot file the petition for me. I understand its' a relatively simple (but exacting) process. Unlike my current state of Oregon, Montana doesn't have a pre-formatted 'packet' of forms. Could anyone provide the (properly formatted) petitions, with blank to be filled in? I'd welcome any further help or advice on what exactly needs doing.
