I am scared to death of what the outcome could possibly be for my poor use of judgement. I was recently arrested for dwi c&i and failure to show insurance. I was not drunk and did have insurance on my new car. I was released on bond after a long evening of tests and questions. Stating off with my not thinking and jumping into my vehicle to chase my husband down who had been cheating on me with several women. I lost it and drove after him. Durining my chase i drove carelessly and drove around some bicyclist who were in a race about a mile after I put my brakes on at a stop light and slid sideways right in front of a police officer. I knew I was in trouble and pulled over immediatly. They did a field sobriety and searched my car finding nothing. My husband saw as he drove by and stopped to talk to the officers about my bipolar condition medication and why I was so upset emotionally. When I saw him I was hystarical and asking for my meds. At the police station they did a urine drug test before they would release me. I take alot of meds for my bipolar and had been in a mixed mania for several days. With this not remembering all events prior. It is possible even likely I could have used an illegal substance. They are saying the test will take 6 months and they did not take my licence away because I blew a 00.00% bac. I have a lawyer but can't say much until police report is final. Whats going to happen to me???????? I am under the care of a doc and going into a treatment program for my Bipolar condition.

I received my first Minor in Possession of alcohol in November of last year. It is expunged from my record, and I am on two years unsupervised probation. I received my second MIP two weekends ago, I have not went to court for it yet, but I do have a lawyer on that one.
I was pulled over yesterday night for a DuI, where I received another Minor in Posession.
What's going to happen to me? I know I need to lawyer up. Am I going to do jail time?

I received an "aggravated" DUI in North Platte Nebraska (Lincoln County) in June. They referred to it as "aggravated" because my bac was so high.
I had prior plans to relocate back to Missouri and did so. My court date is Oct 9th and I'm as dumb as a stump. I have an attourney that I've never met with and he's handled all over the prior court dates without making me drive 6 hours to appear. My question is, what am I facing? It's my 1st DUI but because the bac was so high I'm not sure what is going to happen. I have a new job and a rental house here in Missouri. I am also raising my 9 year old alone. Is there a possibility of jail time? If so, I lose my job. Will there be communtiy service? If so, will it be in Nebraska? What would be other classes and fines I might face? Would I be eligible for an interlock in Missouri? How long would I lose my license? ANY knowledgable help would be greatly appreciated. I am terrified of all I may lose and terrified of the unknown.

| I got an SIS in Missouri when I was 18. I had never been in trouble before and haven't been since. I am now 32, and I'm interested in getting into law enforcement. How will the SIS affect this? I don't even know what my record would show and who can see what is on my record since it is supposed to be "sealed" from what I can gather in my research I have done. Can I even qualify for a conceal carry permit? If this would affect me getting into L.E. is there anything I can do to fix it so I can? I would ask my attorney that I used but he passed away several years ago. Any help would be great.
